Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to make a great first impression on buyers before they walk into your house. The good and bad features that jump out at buyers form their first perception of your home and how you keep up your house's regular maintenance.
Acknowledging this assists us in determining what steps we can take to invite buyers from the street and into your house. If your home's exterior isn't up to par with refreshed paint and colorful garden plants it's time to get those things done. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and elevate your house's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Could a buyer picture themselves enjoying game night in your living area, relaxing in your reading nook or getting work done in your home office? We want your house to pleasantly accept buyers and offer them a sense of comfort. I'll help you do this by recommending small improvements that highlight your house's features.
I'll tell you put in storage items that give the look of clutter. Tabletops should be clutter-free. Arts and crafts, souvenirs, family photos, and refrigerator drawings should get moved out of sight. We'll simplify the decor of house. Unattractive or messy spaces make your home seem smaller and buyers have a more difficult time seeing themselves living there.
I know instantly where a room's best characteristics are and how to highlight them. I'll note the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need new paint, rugs needing to get changed, fixtures that could use polishing, and any other improvement that can inexpensively be made to positively influence the sale.
Potential buyers like a place that charms them. Items that could be "offensive" should get moved out so that your house will have have general appeal during any visit.

Setting the Stage
At every showing, we're doing well if we're engaging the buyer's senses. Lighting is a mood changer and we'll part the curtains, and add lighting where needed to welcome the buyer. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music to listen to while guests enjoy your home and ensure a nice fragrance circulates room-to-room. We'll add cozy-looking bedspreads, and throw pillows on your loveseat and bedding. Buyers should feel like your house has the potential to be. |
