Prices on single family home are stabilizing and condo prices are still adjusting as the bulk of the inventory is in the condo market. Hopefully with some tax and insurance reform soon, our market will stabilize. Many buyers are on the sidelines waiting to move to our sunny area. Spring should bring good news !
